This module describes how to download and install the Sigma Magic software. If you have not already installed the software on your computer, you would start here.
Pre-requisites
You will need a Windows PC with Microsoft Excel 2013 or higher in order to install the Sigma Magic software. If you have a Mac then you should be able to run the Windows OS using software such as Parallels Desktop.

This course is expected to take roughly 15 minutes to complete.

In this module, we will cover a few examples of the application of the Lean Six Sigma methodologies to solve problems from different industries. We will look at DMAIC, IDOV, and PDCA methodologies.
Each case study contains a brief description of the problem that needs to be solved, some data for analysis, and an example solution using the Sigma Magic software.
Pre-requisites
You need to be aware of the different methodologies to solve business problems. You will also need to have the Sigma Magic software installed so you can analyze the given data and draw conclusions/recommendations.
