About this course
In this module, we will cover Pareto Charts. A Pareto chart is a graphical technique to help identify the vital few factors from the trivial many. It helps the team to focus on the most important factors which have the biggest impact on the primary metric first. When you have limited resources, a Pareto chart helps you focus your efforts to get the most bang for the buck.
Pre-requisites
There are no pre-requisites for taking this course but if you have not yet installed the software, you may want to do that first so that you can follow along and complete the exercises.
