How long does it take to get license?

The license keys are mailed to your email address within minutes of receiving online payment. Make sure to check your junk mail folder in case you have not received your license key. If you choose to send payments directly to our bank account then the payments may take several days to be credited to our account.

What if I have any problems with software?

We will make every effort to address your questions and concerns in a timely manner. Please note that most issues are resolved within 1-3 working days if the issue can be replicated on our systems. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will do what it takes to keep you as a happy customer.

What is the refund policy?

Once a software license has been activated, it cannot be revoked. Hence, refund for an order is allowed only for those licenses that have not been activated. If you are not happy with your order, you will need to notify us by email within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of all unused licenses.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you have purchased a perpetual license, there is no cancellation post the 14 day period. For monthly or annual subscription models, you can request a cancellation at any time but the cancellation applies to the subsequent period after the expiry of the current term you have signed up for.

What is the cover for my purchase?

If you are facing technical problems with the software that we are unable to address or if you are not happy with the resolution for any reason, we will be glad to issue you a full refund of your purchase price if you notify us by email within 14 days of purchase.

You can request for refunds by sending us an email to support@sigmamagic.com. Please allow us 3 working days to process your requests. The refunds will be made to the same bank account you used to make the payment for the purchase.
